JustJoes Automotive would like to share an important update regarding the JustJoes Express location at 62 Allan Street.
Earlier this year, we made the difficult decision to temporarily close JustJoes Express due to staffing challenges. Over time, we experienced several departures related to retirements and personal circumstances. Despite significant efforts to recruit and explore alternative solutions, we were unable to rebuild the team in a way that met our service standards.
After careful consideration, we have made the decision to permanently close the JustJoes Express location.
This decision was not made lightly. JustJoes was built on strong values, quality workmanship, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are not willing to compromise those standards simply to keep a location open. Maintaining the trust of our customers and staying true to our principles will always come first.
We want to sincerely thank the Charlottetown community and all of our customers for their incredible support over the past two years. JustJoes Express saw consistent demand, with the majority of days fully booked and the parking lot often full. The enthusiasm and loyalty shown by our customers meant more than we can adequately express.
We also want to acknowledge and apologize to those who have reached out wondering when the location might reopen. While we truly hoped to make that happen, it was not possible at this time. That said, we are not closing the door on future expansion. We have big ideas and long-term plans for multiple locations, and we remain committed to growth when the timing and resources are right.
Our main JustJoes Stratford location remains fully operational and open, and we continue to invest in improving our customer experience, systems, and services. While it may mean a short trip over the bridge for some, we promise to make it worth your while with the best service we can provide.
