JustJoes Hits the Lanes for Bowl for Kids’ Sake 2026

This past weekend the JustJoes Automotive team had the pleasure of attending Bowl for Kids’ Sake, hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Prince Edward Island, and what a great time it was.

Pins were knocked down, a few drinks were enjoyed, plenty of laughs were shared, and most importantly, money was raised for an incredible cause right here on PEI.

Bowl for Kids’ Sake is one of the largest annual fundraisers for Big Brothers Big Sisters of PEI, bringing together businesses, families, and community members to support mentoring programs for Island youth. Funds raised help create life-changing mentoring relationships that give young people the guidance, confidence, and support they need to succeed.

Events took place across the Island on February 28, 2026, including locations in Charlottetown, Summerside, and North Rustico. Teams of four to six bowlers hit the lanes, showed off their Canadian pride, and raised funds to help support mentoring programs that make a real difference in the lives of local kids.

One thing many people may not realize is just how impactful this fundraiser is. It costs roughly $1,500 per year to support a single community-based mentoring match, so every dollar raised helps connect more Island youth with caring mentors who can make a lasting difference in their lives.

At JustJoes Automotive, we’re proud to support organizations that strengthen our community. Events like this are a great reminder that when local businesses and residents come together, we can make a real impact.

We had an absolute blast and are already looking forward to next year.
