Rusty and I had the pleasure of stopping by Glen Stewart Primary School to make a special delivery. Together, we presented a cheque for $400, a donation made possible through the sales of our Rusty’s Automotive Adventures coloring books. JustJoes matched the funds raised, helping us make an even bigger impact.
This donation will go toward supporting the school’s breakfast program, helping to keep tummies full and ensuring students have the nourishment they need to learn and thrive. While it may seem like a small contribution, we believe every bit helps and we are grateful for the chance to give back to the community that supports us every day.
It was wonderful to be welcomed into the school, to meet staff, and for Rusty to enjoy a visit with new friends. He is always happiest when he is around kids and we think the students enjoyed seeing him just as much as he enjoyed the attention.
At JustJoes, community support is at the heart of what we do. Selling the coloring books was never just about the pages inside. It was about creating something fun for families while also finding a way to give back locally. Seeing that idea turn into a tangible benefit for kids right here in Stratford makes us proud.
