Friendly staff but didn't fix my problem. Which I completely understand their situation as a business, making profit efficiently is the most important thing. That's why they don't bother for jobs that aren't common and straight forward to do. It's a little disappointing cause I was going to give them a big job to replace a clutch if this job has been done right. I guess they have too many business already. At least they are didn't overcharge me expensive extra unnecessary "inspection fees" like some others do.

They got us in really quickly and everyone we spoke to was very kind and helpful, couldn’t think of anything to complain about with them. Would rate higher if I could!

We called with a last minute concern with the car, and they offered to have us drop by and check it out. Super friendly staff who went out of their way to help us!

Top notch service!!!! I needed a tire repair as i was here from out of province and Joe understood my dilemma , took my car in right away , ordered 2 tires and had it done the next day so i could get back home. Top marks to the stars at JustJoes Automotive in Charlottetown PEI. While on vacation in PEI we had a breakdown and JustJoes was recommended to us by a local. They did not steer us wrong! We were supposed to leave that day and Joe not only fit us in when he was already fully booked and short handed that day, but managed to get the problem identified and fixed before noon! Joe had compassion on our circumstances and was determined to do everything he could to get us back on the road, even though we are just visitors here and leaving to go home. Joe treats his customers as valuable, whether they are regulars, first time, or even visitors. If you live in PEI, this shop should be your go to for your vehicle maintenance. If you are visiting PEI and need a shop that won't take advantage of you as a visitor, this is the place to go.

These guys are so great. I know nothing about cars and they are always super helpful and communicative. Love that they can chat through fb or text and always give me lots of options or refer me to other trustworthy places if needed. I never leave feeling ripped off, which is what I'm scared of everytime I take my car into a shop!
